The very first hat I ever wore was my school uniform hat back in England. Little did I know that this simple accessory would ignite a love affair that would ultimately evolve into a lifelong career and passion.
Over the years, I’ve navigated various roles in my professional life — I've worked in finance, been a bartender, and participated in countless classes, internships, and career assessments in search of my true calling. However, after all that exploration, it turned out that what I had been searching for was right there, atop my head.
I think the scariest day of my life was when I gathered the courage to open the door to my very own shop. I was fortunate to have an incredible support system along the way, with a whole network of friends who stood by me and provided unwavering encouragement. Now, nearly 30 years later, I continue to feel that same warmth and support from the wonderful neighborhood I proudly call home and the clients I cherish as friends. But, as they say, this journey is not all about me…
