She'd worn it to a wedding where she said it had been a huge hit! The woman is Beverly a long time customer of the shop. Great to see such enthusiasm even on the security line! |

some news after our travel... we really enjoy our holidays in NYC. This town is so surprising and cosmopolitan!
Now we are in France since 2 weeks and we remember our travel with the photo. We hope that one day we will return in the "Big Apple" and we will find you on the same street....

 | Hi, ladies. Thought you might like to see your hat at the Kentucky Derby this weekend. It got slightly soggy in the rain, but was still lovely. We went as guests of some friends who actually own the winning horse, Super Saver, so the hat got lots of attention and exposure!

 | Dear Linda-
Mrs. Peel accompanied Dave and me to Maine last weekend. In fact, she nearly didn't make the trip. We were on the West Side Highway about to leave Manhattan when I remembered that I forgot her back in the apartment. Thankfully, Dave understood the importance of having heron our trip, so we turned around to pick her up.
As you can see form the photo, it's a good thing we turned around! I love this hat!

 | This past summer I purchased a beautiful "Ingrid" hat
from your shop and have been meaning to send you a picture since we
returned. I felt very much in style at the wedding my fiancé and I
attended in North Yorkshire and thought you might enjoy the attached
photo.<br>I am actually writing to thank you for the wonderful service
you provided along with the hat. I don't know if you recall, but we
had some difficulty selecting a ribbon and my fiancé and I weren't
sure if the one we selected would work with my dress. Because we were
to leave town only a few days later, you kindly offered to ride your
bike to my office to sew a different ribbon onto my hat if the other
one had not worked out. This type of exceptional service is very rare
these days and even more so in New York. I wanted you to know how
much I truly appreciated your help and the enjoyable experience in
your hat shop. |
