 | This past summer I purchased a beautiful "Ingrid" hat
from your shop and have been meaning to send you a picture since we
returned. I felt very much in style at the wedding my fiancé and I
attended in North Yorkshire and thought you might enjoy the attached
photo. I am actually writing to thank you for the wonderful service you provided along with the hat. I don't know if you recall, but we had some difficulty selecting a ribbon and my fiancé and I weren't sure if the one we selected would work with my dress. Because we were to leave town only a few days later, you kindly offered to ride your bike to my office to sew a different ribbon onto my hat if the other one had not worked out. This type of exceptional service is very rare these days and even more so in New York. I wanted you to know how much I truly appreciated your help and the enjoyable experience in your hat shop. |
